Plants and yoga have a lot in common, including their power to calm our nervous systems and bring focus and well-being into our lives. I will be blending both in a hands-on learning workshop that will include an instructional how-to on making a relaxing herbal balm, a tutorial on the plants and their healing properties, and a relaxing flow and restore yoga practice complete with guided savasana, light massage, and reiki assists. Each participant will be able to take home their very own herbal balm as well.
