Join the Chaos Factor and I on Midsummer's Night in the salon of Diehl Marcus & Co for a Solstice meditation and reiki session. Fall into the magick of solstice and be guided into a serene and nourishing inner landscape. To begin this Midsummer practice, you will be offered an herbal tea created by Diehl Marcus & Co to assist you with arriving into the meditative headspace. After some very gentle movement, you will be led on a guided meditation and supported by reiki during your journey.

The Chaos Factor will be providing a seasonal herbal product as a gift. The store will also be open for you after class!

Please bring a yoga mat and any props/blankets/pillows you want to make yourself comfortable. Most of the meditation will be experienced in restorative poses and savasana. We hope you join us! Please note that we cannot give refunds the day of class.
