At Samhain, or Halloween, the veil between the worlds becomes thin. Our intuitive centers open, and when our minds and vessels are clear and vibrating high, we can peak into the shadow world. In this shadow world resides our loved ones who have gone through the veil, our ancestors and their infinite wisdom, and our spirit guides. This realm also serves as a portal into our selves. Samhain is the perfect time to explore these aspects of shadow, and to work with the energies of death and rebirth.

The Samhain portal, as the veil thins, becomes more and more open as we approach 10/31. Join us on 10/23 as the sun enters Scorpio. Join us for gentle movement, a mystical Hallowtide meditation, and reiki to to cleanse and open your energy centers to ready yourself to explore the shadows. The Chaos Factor will be crafting an herbal item for you to take with you in your own practice and and Diehl Marcus & Co will provide a meditative herbal tea for practice will be open after class for some exclusive time in the shop!

Please bring a yoga mat and any props/blankets/pillows you want to make yourself comfortable. Most of the meditation will be experienced in restorative poses and savasana. We hope you join us! Please note that we cannot give refunds the day of class.
