Join me for a balancing all levels vinyasa flow to welcome autumn! A portion of proceeds from class are donated to the House to assist with ongoing programs and maintenance.

Please note that because of COVID-19 in-person yoga practice, even outdoors, is dependent on state guidelines and policies adopted by the House of the Seven Gables. At this time we are offering two options: an online virtual stream from the House lawn (1 hour of yoga and meditation) via zoom link ($10) that will be provided to you via email once you sign up OR a limited option to attend in person (25 people max: first come first serve, no exceptions) ($20). No wait list. Any open spots will be reposted on social media, and once again first come first serve. Please note that zoom classes start on time and once started, it is difficult to admit people from the waiting room, so please arrive early if possible.
