Join me for a special version of Movement + Medicine on Monday August 17th for the New Moon in Leo. Outdoor class will be hosted at a private residence in Beverly. No bathroom facilities are available, and proper social distancing and mask wearing required except during practice. Once you sign up, you will receive an email with information about attending class in person.

This juicy lunar flow will focus on harnessing inner fire, setting intentions, and cultivating a new beginning in the cycle. Distance reiki will be provided during class as our "medicine" of the week.

Zoom Class is $10. In person sign ups are limited to 8 people - $20.
