A one hour Rock and Roll Yoga class at Notch Brewery! $15 at 10:30 AM! In honor (or rather distaste of) tax day, we will be getting our energy moving to a PUNK ROCK ONLY playlist! I played in a punk rock band for 11 years... I will not lead you astray! We'll get that blood pumping, take some deep breaths, and then enjoy a freshly brewed beer and snack! (not included in class price). We finish class 30 minutes prior to Notch opening, so that means VIP brunch pours so we can kick it and chill before the doors open to the public...so more punk classics!
