Back to Notch for a very special Riot Grrrl Rock and Roll Yoga class! I was a teen in the 90s, joined a band in the late 90s/early 2000s and never looked back, and I'm a regular donor to Planned Parenthood. SO, I'm combining all these things into one!

Vinyasa yoga flow to my favorite, and influential, Riot Grrrls of the era, one beer (more if you'd like to pay), and a portion of class proceeds (50% of net) will go to Planned Parenthood to assist women in continuing to get the care they need.
